Craig Claiborne Is Alive and Well (In Our Traveling Exhibit, That Is)

Last summer, we launched a traveling exhibit on the life and legacy of Craig Claiborne (1920–2000), the influential food writer and restaurant critic from Sunflower, Mississippi.

This month, the exhibit is at the Union County Public Library in New Albany, MS.

From April 26–May 24, it will be at the Greenville Arts Council in Greenville, MS.

And all this summer—from June 1 through Labor Day—the exhibit will be at the East Hampton Historical Society.

If you're in North Mississippi, the Delta, or the Hamptons (Hey, the SFA gets around!), we invite you to learn more about Claiborne and his lasting influence on food journalism and American foodways.
