We think it's time to celebrate the women behind the barbecue--the pitmasters, business owners, sauce moppers, and side makers. The one's who hold down the front of the house, and the one's who do it all. Their stories are collected on our Southern BBQ Trail, but we cherry-picked some special voices from our archives to share on Okracast.
