ORAL HISTORIES FROM MERCER FOODWAYS CLASS


Students in a Southern foodways course at Mercer University collected oral histories from cooks in Macon, Georgia. Professor David A. Davis explains that "these interviews are an important archive for both culinary arts and Southern identity."
