On May 30 The SFA traveled to Franklin, Tennessee, for the first annual Franklin Food & Spirits Festival. There, SFA oral historian Amy Evans conducted interviews with two of the many food vendors: Paradise Ridge Cafe and Bolton's Spicy Chicken & Fish, both of Nashville. The interviews will be part of our existing Nashville Eats project and will be added to our online archive real soon.
